Prior to booking your backcountry fishing charter with Captain Ted, please review the following Islamorada Fishing Cancellation and Deposit Policies:
When fishing with Captain Ted, deposits are fully refundable if cancellation is made 14 days prior to the scheduled trip or in the event of bad weather or unsafe boating conditions. Cancellations due to anything other than weather must be made in writing to [email protected] or via text to 305-942-5224.
The decision to cancel a trip for weather is at the sole discretion of the captain. First consideration will be given to rescheduling your trip. If a mutually agreeable date cannot be scheduled, your deposit will be refunded on the same card used for deposit.
Cancellations made within 14 days are not refundable. Cancellations that occur within 48 hours of the scheduled trip and are not weather related, Captain Ted reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equaling 50% of the full trip charge, less your deposit. The cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card used to pay the deposit to reserve the trip. If you have any questions regarding these policies, please contact Captain Ted.
